Customer Reviews
Decent deals but slow shipping
grabbed about 20% off some cigar jars, which is always nice. the jars themselves are good quality, same as my last order. but man, shipping took forever this time around. usually it's quicker, even compared to like Thompson Cigar, but this order really dragged.
Quick shipping, good cutter
Got a guillotine cutter. Shipped fast. Works great. Simple, does the job. Happy with it.
Love my new humidor cabinet!
I finally splurged on the Reagan Lite Electric Humidor Cabinet and I absolutely love it! It arrived in perfect condition, was incredibly well-packaged, and it looks even better in person. Setting it up was straightforward, and it's holding temperature and humidity exactly as advertised. My cigars are going to be so happy in their new home. I'm already planning my next order for some accessories. This store is fantastic, I highly recommend them!
Nice travel humidor
I grabbed a travel humidor and some Boveda packs from here. The humidor is pretty sturdy, feels good for when I'm on the go. Shipping was alright, took about a week to get to me. Everything came in good shape. It was a pretty smooth experience overall, no complaints. I'd probably order from them again if I need more stuff.
Good humidor, slow shipping
I ordered the Imperial Glasstop Humidor a few weeks ago. The humidor itself is pretty solid for the price, holds humidity well, and the glass top is a nice touch for showing off cigars. Packaging was good, no damage. My main gripe was the shipping; it took closer to two weeks to arrive, which felt a bit long, especially since I'm only a state away. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, a decent purchase, but they could definitely speed up their delivery times.

Is this 1st Class Humidors site legit? Never heard of them before, looking at a pretty expensive cabinet.
Are their hygrometers and humidification systems decent? Or should I just buy those separately from somewhere else?
Can you combine the first-time buyer discount with a sale item? Like if there's a humidor already on clearance?
Hey, thinking about grabbing one of those electric cabinet humidors, specifically the Reagan Lite. Anyone know how long shipping usually takes to, say, California?
Are these humidors like, actually good quality? Or am I better off just going with a brand from Cigars International?
